Refund Policy

1. Refund Credits: Refunds will be credited to your website/app wallet only after we receive and review your return parcel.

2. Full Order Returns: Only full orders can be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.

3. Box Opening Video: A box opening video is required to process returns. This helps us verify the condition of the items received.

Return Shipping Charges

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Brado Jewellery will cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Other Reasons: For returns due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Other Policies

1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

3. Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed and the refund to be credited to your website/app wallet after we receive and review the return parcel.
