⚠️ IMPORTANT – UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

For any return claim related to a damaged, defective, missing or wrong product, a complete unboxing video is required.

The video must be recorded before opening the package and must clearly show the sealed package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

Claims for damaged, missing, defective or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, box and accessories must be returned.
• Product must not be damaged, altered or tampered with after delivery.

Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return, product photos and unboxing video where applicable.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
